Eldeco Housing & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2012, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend at the rate of 10% (Ten Percent) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2011-2012.Source : BSE
