EID Parry allots 3000 shares under the ESOS 2007
EID Parry India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 3000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each arising out of exercise of employee stock option, granted under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007.Further the Company has informed that, with this allotment the number of equity shares outstanding is 17,37,08,276 and the paid-up equity share capital is Rs. 17,37,08,276/-.Source : BSE
