Dynamatic Tech fixes book closure for Final Dividend & AGM from Sept 21 to Sept 28
Dynamatic Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 21, 2012 to September 28, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 28, 2012.Source : BSE
