DJS Stock & Shares Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to fix October 26, 2012 as record date for the purpose of taking on record the list of shareholders for the following purpose:1. Sub-division of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 10 shares of Re. 1/- each.2. Allotment of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2 (i.e. one share for every holding of two shares).Source : BSE
