Digjam has sanctioned the scheme of arrangement under Sections 391 to 393 of the Companies Act, 1956 between the company and its shareholders.
Digjam Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat vide its Oral Judgement dated May 04, 2012 has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement under Sections 391 to 393 of the Companies Act, 1956 between the Company and its Shareholders and necessary application is being made to the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat for the certified copy of the said Order.Source : BSE
