Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2011, inter alia, to consider the following:1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2011, 2. To recommend the final Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2010-11; and 3.
