Cura Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. P. V. Durga Bhavani, existing Company Secretary & Compliance Officer has resigned from the said position of the Company w.e.f. May 24, 2012.Further, Board of Directors in their meeting duly held on May 24, 2012 appointed Ms. Jyothi Bung, as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f.
