CRISIL Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 20, 2011, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 (Q1) and to consider the payment of Second Interim Dividend for the financial year ending December 31, 2011.Source : BSE
