Compucom Software Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2011, inter alia, to consider the following:1. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2011.2.
