Century Enka Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 02, 2011, inter alia, to approve the Annual Accounts (Audited) for the year ended March 31, 2011 & also to consider recommendation of dividend on Equity Shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2011.Further the Company has informed that, the Company will publish the Annual Audited Results and therefore, audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 will not be published.Source : BSE
