Bombay HC approves Indian Infotech scheme of Arrangement

Bombay High Court has approved the scheme of Arrangement of Indian Infotech & Software.

Indian Infotech & Software Ltd has informed BSE that the High Court of Bombay vide its order dated May 04, 2012 has approved the scheme of Arrangement providing for the following:1. Merger of M/s. Lambodar Nirmit Limited and M/s. Niki Metal Company Limited with M/s. Indian Infotech and Software Limited;2. Allotment of 1,65,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 8/- per share on Preferential basis.Source : BSE
