Bilpower appoints Suresh Kumar Choudhary as whole time director

Bilpower Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2012, inter alia, has approved the following:1. Mr. Suresh Kumar Choudhary has been appointed as the Whole Time Director of the Company w.e.f. November 14, 2012.2. Mr. Rajendra Kumar Choudhary has resigned from being a Whole Time Director of the Company w.e.f. November 14, 2012, however he continues to be a Non- Executive Director of the Company.3. Mr. Lalit L. Agarwal has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. November 14, 2012. He is also appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Shareholders’ Grievance Committee of the Company.Source : BSE
