Bharat Bhushan Share & Commodity Brokers Ltd has informed BSE that Mr R C Mody one of the Independent Director of the Company has submitted his resignation due to ill health and same was accepted by the Board under item of any other matter with the permission of the Chairman. Since this is not a part of Agenda.Further, the Company has informed that Mr Arun Garg been appointed as an additional Independent Director U/s 260 of the Company Act, 1956.Source : BSE
