Bartronics at its meeting held on August 25, 2011 has declared dividend at Re 1 per share of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2010-11.

Bartronics India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2011, inter alia, has considered the following:1. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share (face value of Rs. 10/- per equity share) for the financial year 2010-11.2. Further issue of equity share on preferential basis to non-promoter group to an extent of Rs. 4 crores subject to approval of members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
