Baroda Extrusion Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 01, 2012, to consider issuing first reminder notice to all the shareholders of the Company who have defaulted in payment of allotment money @ Rs. 5/- per share and to give them an opportunity for payment of unpaid allotment money together with interest @ 18% p.a.Source : BSE
