Balkrishna Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2011, inter alia, to consider the following:1. To approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011 and also Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2011.2.
