Balaji Telefilms Limited has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on May 23, 2011, the Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs.0.20 per share (10% on par value of Rs.2 per share) for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011, amounting to Rs.130.42 lakhs.Source : BSE
