Avanti Feeds Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 14, 2012, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 6.50 ps per each equity share of Rs. 10/- fully financial year 2011-12.Source : BSE
