Aurionpro Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2011, inter alia, has recommended dividend at the rate or Rs. 2.20/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2011 subject to approval of the same by the members in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company which shall be paid by the Company within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
