Asian Tea & Exports acquires 50.16% stake in Asian Tea Company Pvt Ltd
Asian Tea & Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have acquired 50.16% shares of Asian Tea Company Private Limited at a price consideration of approx. Rs.1.12 crores and subsequent to such acquisition the Asian Tea Company Private Limited shall be treated as subsidiary of the Company.Source : BSE
