Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 09, 2013, inter alia, to consider, the following:1. To consider and approve the standalone audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2013 and unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 and audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2013.2. To recommend payment of final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2013.3. To consider and approve sub-division of the equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/-each into such denomination as the Board may deem appropriate.Source : BSE
