Asian Hotels (North) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on May 30, 2011, inter alia, to consider, the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2011.While approving the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011, and the profit and loss account for the year ended on that date, the Board may also consider and recommend dividend for the said financial year.Source : BSE
