Asian Hotels board recommends dividend

Asian Hotels (North) board in its meeting held on May 28 has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 for the year ended March 31, 2012.

Asian Hotels (North) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2012, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Re.1 & paisa 50 per share, i.e. 15% to the equity shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2012.Source : BSE
