Arvind International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2012, inter alia, for consideration, approval and taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2012 and also to consider proposal for amalgamation of Arvind Coirfoam Private Limited, one of its group Companies with the Company.Source : BSE
