Arman Financial at its meeting held on May 11, 2011 has declared dividend at Re 0.80 per share for the Financial year 2010-11.
Arman Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2011, inter alia, has proposed the Dividend @ 8% p.a. i.e. Rs. 0.80 per Equity Share for the Financial year 2010-11 subject to approval of members in their ensuing Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
