Ansal Housing And Construction Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011, have recommended the dividend @ 8% (Rs. 0.80 Per equity share) for payment to the Shareholders for the Financial Year 2010-2011. Dividend shall be paid / dispatced by the Company on October 07, 2011.Source : BSE
