Amtek Auto Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has bought back 14550000 Equity Shares till June 28, 2012, launched Buy- back of its Equity Shares authorized by its Board resolution dated August 25, 2011 followed by Public Notice dated August 26, 2011, Public Announcement ("PA") dated November 21, 2011 and a Corrigendum dated January 10, 2012, In this view, the Company has completed its Buy-back of 14550000 Equity Shares.Source : BSE
