Amara Raja Batteries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2011, inter alia, have recommended approved a dividend of 130% i.e. Rs. 2.60 per equity share of Rs. 2/-, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company. The dividend if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting scheduled to be held on August 13, 2011, shall be paid on or before September 05, 2011.Source : BSE
