Advance PowerInfra Tech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 23, 2012, to consider allotment of shares to the shareholders of erstwhile M/s. Advance Power Technologies Ltd. which stands amalgamated with Advance PowerInfra Tech Ltd. vide the order of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta dtd.July 25, 2012.Source : BSE
