A D S Diagnostics Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. Khattar Khannna & Associates, 5/1 (Basement), MOR Colony, Kalkaji Extension, New Delhi - 110019, has resigned from the Auditor-ship of the Company.The Board of Director will recommend appointment of new Auditor in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.Source : BSE
