Ador Multiproducts Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2011, the agenda for the said meeting includes the following:1. Approval of financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.2. Adoption of audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2011.3. Tabling of Audit Report.4. Recommendation of Dividend, if any.5. Finalisation of date for the Annual General Meeting.6. Approval of Notice to the Annual General Meeting and Directors' Report.7. Performance review.8. Corporate Governance.Further, at the ensuing Board meeting scheduled on April 29, 2011 the Board is to consider conversion of the THIRD AND FINAL TRANCHE of 93239 warrants in to equity shares of the Company in accordance with the provisions of Issue of Capital and disclosure requirements 2009/SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 2000 read with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover regulations).
