Adarsh Plant Protect Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has entered into a licensing agreement with Befared S. A., Poland for assembling of gears, motors and controls in India. Befared S. A, Poland, established in 1877, is more than 125 years old manufacturer of general purpose gears and geared motors.The gears and geared motors are widely used in iron & steel industry, mining industry, engineering industry, plastic industry, chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry.Befared S. A., Poland is eyeing bigger share of the Asian and African markets through the aforesaid arrangement with the Company. As a result, the Company is expected to see quantum jump in its revenues in the coming months. The products are expected to reach the Indian markets in the month of May, 2011.Source : BSE
