With reference to the earlier announcement dated December 20, 2012 ( the "First Letter" )regarding Floor Price for the proposed sale of Shares of Adani Enterprises Ltd submitted by Adani Agro Private Limited, Adani Commodities, Vinod S. Adani, Rajesh S. Adani, Pranav V. Adani, Priti G. Adani and Shilin R. Adani ("Sellers") Please note that in paragraph 1 of the First Letter , the number of equity Shares being offered by the Sellers has been inadvertently indicated as " 2,30,00,00" instead of "2,30,00,000" due to a typographical error. Attached Appendix I, the announcement reflecting the correct number of equity shares of Adani Enterprises Ltd being offered by sellers, In view of the same the Company request to ignore the First Letter and treat Appendix I, as the Announcement.Source : BSE
