Accelya Kale Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from October 29, 2012 to November 06, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on November 06, 2012.The final dividend for the year 2011-12 will be paid to the shareholders of the Company on November 22, 2012.Source : BSE
