Aarey Drugs fixes June 26 as a record date for bonus issue of 1:5
Aarey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed June 26, 2012 as the record date for the issue of Bonus shares in the proportion of 1 (one) Bonus shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for every 5 (five) existing fully paid equity shares of Rs.10/- each held by them as on the record date.Source : BSE
