not fed up...decided to become "economical" in posting after performing "exorcism" !....now the main point is NOBODY can pressurize uni to sell bigger assets at below market price...and another positive is uninor mktg novel mobile net packs...see todays business line paper.

abn if you recall the agreement for payment for infra was on the condition that uninor was successful in getting a licence, which only happened recently ? The security both sides took was to suspend all court cases incl singapore one, and terminating cases once deal was concluded. So very simple
