beml buzzing today on strategic stake sale .. beml has exposure in mining, infra and defense . many co have already have exposure in mining and infra( metro/ coach) and defense have 11% of revenue in beml. trouble from trade union and mgt control on such sale and how it works,can be expected.

Its just RINL trade unions suggestion no decision taken. Since NMDC already invested for its own steel plant shareholders may not give nod for merging with another steel plant which now turn in to loss making , is what I guess..

Trade unions will raise the issue of minimum wage of Rs 21,000 per month for workers as well as a minimum pension of Rs 3,000 a month with Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in the pre-budget consultations this week.

it is govt of india that needs atlest 15000 crores from ongc . and lic tell finance ministery that this time they will not invest in ongc if the price is bellow previous offer of 2012 . because they have to face trade union resistance as well policy holders . if mr jettly need 15000 crorerupees

there seems to be some positive news for Tata Steel in pipeline in regards to their talk with trade unions in UK as the share price of TS script trading in Berlin (Germany) stock exchange @ £5.12 ( 2%).. if there had been some positive outcomes of this meeting that would certainly be a big boost

i will; give sell rating as this bank share price is never gonna up and there is an involvement of other political parties as well as trade unions and bank union so stake sell is not easy as government thi8nking .....so better to move in federal or rbl bank
