govt. will never ever publish names of person having acc`s in foreign banks as govt. ministers and there bureaucrats are the culprits as they only have account, supreme court should take very rigid step towards govt. for delaying and first punish all those involved in concealing the facts either

Supreme Court should act tough & initiate contempt proceeding against the govt minister & send him behind bars for not following its order & not acting on it for a period of 3 years. The govt ministers deserves stringent punishment so that it proves a deterrent to others in future.
