Dear Sir , I had bought a Flat (Builder Flat and possession is done) @ 43.65 L and paid stamp duty 3.87 L on 55.65 L as calculated market value. I know difference 55.65-43.65 will be treated as Income against 56(2) vii. I want to know two points 1. Flat is registered to my name and my wife

Suppose u buy a property for 1 Cr on loan (same is availabl e on rent for15-20kpm).After stamp duty etc etc the cost comes to 1.15 cr with Rs 15L being spent from pocket.The EMI would work out around 95-100k pm with interest element being 80kpm.The interest lost on 15 L is 10kpm.So total interest

to first home buyers. Discourage second property buying if it is not for own change. Stamp duty 1% for first home/property buyer and 4% or less for others. Property buying should be done with white money only.. if anybody indulge in black money tansaction, they should be caught and punished. Allow all

Funny govt policies,for the middle class doing somebody`s naukri and going to offices like slaves,the tax rate slabs have not even doubled in last 12 years and property and stamp duty rates have gone up 50 times.Ye govt hamara nahi apna hi bhutia kaat rahi hae.Chiddu maharaj one day goes to USA

if we receive cheque, then you have to pay stamp duty accordingly and you will have loss of more than a lac in that account and it is better to register for less amount and you withdraw cash from bank and give to us !!!!!. i.e. I withdraw white from Bank and make it black .. strange ... friends
