Som Mittal, president of Nasscom feels right now the house bill is a clean bill. It doesnt put the same restrictions, it has all the positives that the immigration bill has. He hopes when the conferencing happens, people don't insist on those negative clauses.

Som Mittal (NASSCOM President) maintains FY14 IT Revenue gudance at 12%-14% and also mentioned that business from Germany is very strong. KPIT is doing major business in Germany. Lets hope for better 3rd and 4th quarters. Hope KPIT provides more updates on $25 million deals..

The immigration bill has been an overhang on this sector for some months now but looks like the House of representatives will take up the bill only in Feb-March 2014 which is 5-6 months away..So atleast in the short term that threat is gone. Also Som Mittal - NASSCOM president expects the negative
