SRS, a diversified company having businesses like cinema exhibition, food and beverages, retail and manufacturing and jewellery retail, has opened its Rs 3.5 crore shares IPO for subscription, diluting 25.13% stake. Experts as well as brokerage houses feel that the issue is overvalued.

Rajesh Tambe of Sunchan Securities is of the view that one can sell Sesa Goa. It has recently been taken over by the Vedanta Group where 51% of the equity was brought over from Mitsui. They really have a very good product mix because they are the largest exporters of iron ore.

They are really making quality products as far as the ancillary units in the automobiles are concerned. It s definitely going to do better as far as the motorcycle space is concerned.
