Yes it`s true. Regarding HPCl, it is in talks with pakistan to export oil products and it has stated that it will start production at Rajasthan refinery by 2016. The stock has not reacted to the news. And my view is for short term. For long term I would never consider buying OMC`s

Reply to guest who did ask some question to me : Production can be increased as it is engineers job how to do that. why it can not be increased ? 2. Rajasthan refinery will take 4 yrs to build, and cairn india share in that will be 18 percent and to set up refinery is a bussiness in itself
