Best way to tackle hoarding is that the Govt should allow imports of onions and potatoes so that the price crashes and there is no incentive for hoarding.

In IRAN the chicken meet price has an upper limit fixed beyond that price nobody can sell. Similarly in India three items are needed to be controlled. Onion, Potato, Tomato year round every three months upper price limit should be fixed. And stock limit should also exist. In Bhopal I have seen
