The Centre also directed the Delhi government and Mother Dairy to continue sale of onions at subsidised rates in the national capital till prices come under control. A decision in this regard was taken at a review meeting chaired by Food and Consumer Affairs Minister Ram Vilas Paswan on Thursday.

Has there ever been any concrete evidence that Onion prices go up by hoarding of a middlemen? Economics is a a crazy subject with many theories w/o data. The so called trickle down economics proved to be a Big joke decades later. The US Fed printing and pouring money in to wall street

`t matter too much. the next budget will matter more. -Onion prices are trading @ 20-25rs. which isn`t a cause for worry. moreover even if onion reaches 100rs overall inflation might move a basis point.which is immaterial. -which other stocks are you interested in? -markets always give opportunity to people
