The news that OPEC agreed or will agree to output is simply an eye wash to sustain prices on high. Both saudi and Iran are oil from the sea at an alarming rate which can be witnessed by those visiting the shore lines :) ThIs is utter bluffing that a meeting is being conducted and some agreement
