In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Oscar Veldhuijzen, Partner, The Children's Investment Fund says that TCI plans to launch legal action against Coal India and have instructed its lawyers luthra & Luthra to begin legal process against CIL.

Its good move from Govt India. The action from Maldive govt on GMR issue cannot be justified in any case. they have to honour the contract, though it was signed by previous govt. looking at this, I no corporate should deal with this govt for any project and GMR should initiate leagal action
