After three sideways sessions, its been a day of a bit of a pullback for the market, particularly, for the space which has been hot which is midcaps and smallcaps. According to CNBC-TV18's managing editor, we have seen some corrective moves.

KT Vijaya Kumar, MD, Chemcel Biotech, said the company expects to double turnover by March end. We expect a 50% and 100% jump in topline and bottomline respectively.

HSBC MF slashed exposure to auto, oil, textile and sugar stocks in December. Triveni Engineering, and OBC were the top buys, while Vijaya Bank and IDFC were its top sells.
