The International Monetary Funds Head of World Economic Studies Division Jorg Decressin, in an interview with CNBC-TV18s news editor Harsha Subramaniam about the changes which are taking place in the global economic scenario.

Jorg Decressin, the Author of the World Economic Outlook report and the Head of the World Economic Studies Division at the IMF said, on the whole in the global outlook, the risks is still seen to the downside predominating those to the upside. "We maintain that this recovery will be a very sluggish recovery," he added.
