Will ungeared scooter mkt show resurgence?

Death of the 100 cc bike market may mean the resurgence of the ungeared scooter. Research agency Crisil says the ungeared scooter market will grow at a CAGR of 25%. To cash in, Kinetic Motors will roll out five products in 12 months, reports CNBC-TV18.

Kinetic Motor Company Ltd is all set to launch six new Indo-Italian scooter models in the country and abroad in the next three years, Mr Ajinkya Firodia, Vice-President (Sales and Marketing), said on Friday.
