The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas had proposed that the Gas Authority of India (GA1L) India Limited be allowed to sign the Gas Sale & Purchase Agreement (GSPA) with TurrnenGas, Turkmenistan`s national oil company. The GSPA has been approved.
